By accessing or using the Terra Nusa website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Terra Nusa (operated by PT Terra Nusa Alaska Indo).
By checking the agreement box at checkout, you are electronically signing and accepting these terms in full.

Products & Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if stock is unavailable after payment.
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp after your order is successfully placed.
- Please ensure all order details (name, address, phone number) are accurate before confirming.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
- We accept payment via PayPal and Bank Transfer.
- For bank transfers, your order will only be processed after payment confirmation is received by our admin.
- A service fee of $1 USD applies to all orders.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected courier and destination.
Payments via PayPal are processed securely through PayPal's platform. Terra Nusa does not store your payment card details.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted couriers including JNE, SiCepat, J&T Express, and Shopee Express Instant. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to external factors.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Free shipping via JNE REG applies to orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold.
- Terra Nusa is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once your package has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our admin via WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the item.

User Account
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Terra Nusa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

- Place fraudulent or false orders.
- Provide false personal information for the purpose of receiving goods.
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate cancellation of your orders and permanent ban from our platform.

- Delivery delays or courier errors.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
